How many times have you just stared at a blank page and not known what to create. Whether you’re writing or art journaling we all get blocked. This is where prompts can be magical.
Prompts can be one word, or full sentences. A prompt doesn’t have to be taken literally. It is merely meant to spur on your creative juices.
One fun thing I have done is create a prompt jar. You can use anything, a box, a jar, a bag, and just fill it up with all sorts of prompts. When you’re stuck reach in, grab one, and start creating!
Avoid picking and choosing your prompts. Even if it seems weird or hard throw it in there anyway! Sometimes the strangest prompts are the ones that turn into the best and most unique journal pages.
